Fun for all the family this summer at The Stade Hall

It’s family summer season time at The Stade Hall with a selection of plays aimed squarely at the family.

First up is Pebble Road and the Pond People: “Down at Pebble Road there’s a pond, Where children play, Picnics are eaten, Ducks quack, ish swim, Dragonflies hum, And the Pond People live…

It’s a theatre storytelling experience with live music set in a pond, exploring freshwater biodiversity and inspired by fairy tales. The piece has been created by Spun Glass Theatre, supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

Then after that and inspired by the romantic revolution of science that swept through Britain in the 1800s, you are invited to the true adventures of the delivery agents from 1b Nosmo Road.

Based on an original collection of short stories by Thomas Livingstone, Ross Drury and Mark Hayward this is the tale of a young intern, Philip Appleseed, who most people call ‘Pip’, on a bold adventure through stagnant sewers, across perilous oceans, and among the stars.

Mr Cleverly’s  audio storytelling is made for brave children and adventorous parents.
