Sedlescombe Rangers Football Club announced over the weekend they will begin pre-season training from Thursday June 24th for a sharp start from 7pm, with weekly Tuesday and Thursday sessions thereafter.
These are open training sessions with new players welcome to attend. The club is looking to add talented players to their first team (Mid Sussex Premier Division), their three East Sussex Football League teams and to their Sunday league team (West Kent Sunday Football League).
With five adult teams they say there is a place for players of all abilities and experience levels.
Sedlescombe Rangers also announced last week they are seeking players for their under 12 team going into the new season.
They are also seeking players for their U-14’s team for the upcoming season. This is a mixed team of boys and girls and is open to all current school year eight’s and possibly current school year seven’s. The team train on Thursdays with all sessions open to new players.

South Coast Athletico announced earlier this month they have signed for their second team a new manager and assistant manager for the upcoming 2021/22 East Sussex Football League (ESFL) Division 1 season.
Matt Wickham and Seb Martinelli will take the roles respectively, having worked previously in the ESFL at West Hill United.
“The club welcomes them to join what is already an impressive coaching setup and look forward to working with the duo” wrote the Chopbacks in a statement issued online.
The club is still looking for players to join their first and second teams.

Elsewhere, Hollington United FC are set to announce the appointment of a first team manager this week.
The club have been searching for a new manager since former manager Scott Price stepped down after five years at the club. The Lions released a statement last week on June 8th stating they would be announcing a new manager within seven days of posting.
Westfield FC revealed last week their new home and away kits for the upcoming season. The kits are produced by Macron; the home kit is in the classic yellow and green and is sponsored by The New Inn, and the away kit is in white and red and is sponsored by Trenchline Solutions.
