What a beautiful town we live in… The sun has got his hat on!

The sun came out of hiding over the last weekend after a mixed midweek and with it came beautiful weather, making for a lovely weekend to finally, fully kickstart the summer–and in good timing, too, coinciding with the beginning of the European Championships where England started well with a win at Wembley in their first game of the campaign against Croatia.

Yesterday, (June 13th) was reportedly the hottest day of the year, and the hottest of its date on record. Indeed if the weather continues, it looks set to be a summer to remember.
