Cross channel paddle called off – for now!

Due to severe fog and after a gruelling 16 miles the safety boat had no choice but to stop Mark and Jason’s kayaking mission.

The pair set off this morning in the hope of crossing the channel as art of a fund raising charity effort.

However the team is not giving up on its plans to paddle across the English Channel and are already preparing to take on the entire 26 miles trip in two weeks time.
