Star names announced for this year’s Panto spectacular

Big-name stars Michelle Collins and Chico will headline the cast list at this year’s White Rock pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk that will run from December 14 to 30.

Michelle will play the Fairy and X Factor star Chico will star as Jack in this year’s spectacular family pantomime.

Michelle became a household name from her time playing Cindy Beale in  EastEnders she has appeared in numerous primetime programmes including Real Women, Sunburn, The Sleeper, Two Thousand Acres of Skye, The Illustrated Mum, Coronation Street, Death In Paradise and Doctor.

She is sure to wow panto audiences and cast a festive spell this December,” says a White Rock spokesman.

Chico shot to fame as a finalist on the second series of the X Factor then went on to score a  number one with his single Chico Time.

He went on to dazzle the nation again with his spectacular routines on his way to the final of ITV1’s Dancing on Ice.

Since then, Chico has mastered his craft on stage, becoming a firm panto favourite and receiving rave reviews.

Tickets for this year’s panto are are already selling fast and following the announcement of the big-star names who will be treading the boards on the White Rock stage the box office is bracing itself for high demand.
